Join us for 6th grade Jump Start!
We will meet in the gym, students will be released and parent/guardians will have a Q&A with Administration. Parents/guardians will then be free to leave and come back to pick up there student.

The last week of school doesn't stop our kids! Our agriculture class helped freshen up the Preschool in the back of our building! They painted rocks with the preschool and put hard work in around the building!!
Summer Lunch Program Information
Mrs. Fraley's class had their last “science experiment” with a twist of the school year. We made seven batches of individual “Dirt Cakes” and passed them out to 8th grade students and staff. There's never anything bad to with a food experiment!
Summer Break is here!! Be Safe Bulldogs! We will see you in August!

McKell Middle Cheer Information!
Don't forget tomorrow is the KSA Good Faith Effort day reward. We will be outside for the majority of the afternoon. Students may bring blankets to sit on, sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, etc. We will have plenty of water and drinks for sale and a surprise cold treat.
Here come the chicks! We have hatched our fourth set of chicks!! It's been amazing year down on the McKell Middle Farm! Our agriculture program is soaring! The McKell preschool also hatched their own set of chicks as well! They even created their own M! #bulldogpride #GCwebelieve
Last night was the final performance of the 2023-2024 school year for the MMS performing arts. They performed two times during the school day and then once for their families and community. They did a wonderful job!
Due to inclement weather, McKell Middle Family Movie Night is CANCELED.
Electronics and water do not mix, hopefully we can plan again next year.
REMINDER TO 8TH GRADE PARENTS! WE CAN ACCEPT PICTURES UNTIL MONDAY MAY 20!!
Attention all 8th grades parents and students, It’s that time of year to submit your 8th grade baby picture.
We will use this photo for the 8th grade Promotion on May 23.
Please submit the baby pic to Mr. Ward via email. His email is Robert.ward@greenup.kyschools.us Please put the first and last name of the 8th grade student in the subject line in the email. If you do not have a digital photo you may submit a copy to the office, or take a photo with your phone and submit it that way. Please submit only 1 photo so all students can be represented.
