McKell Middle will start selling American flags for $3 October 7 until November 5 2024. Each flag will be in honor or memory of a veteran or service member. We will be creating our own Field of Flags the week of Veterans Day along US 23. Each flag purchased may be then picked up starting November 18th. Names of each donor will also be displayed on the school facebook page. All proceeds will be donated to the Greenup County War Memorial. Mrs. Fraleys CTE class did an AWESOME job presenting their monarch butterfly project to our MMS agricultural class. McKell Middle is in process of planting milkweed becoming a certified waystation for Monarch Butterflies! We love collaboration here at MMS!

On Friday, our 6th grade visited Noble Family Farms for a day of outside learning and enjoying a wonderful Fall day. They had a blast!
