MUSKIE OF THE WEEK

Mrs. Laura Fraley shares that Jameson sets the example of being a gentleman in class. He always uses his manners and is polite when asked to complete any task. He begins his work promptly and follows all class rules in music, art, and theatre classes. He stays behind his peers when the class is leaving and cleans up all materials used for arts. He pushes in chairs when others leave their seats, and lets others choose their tables before he takes a seat. Mrs. Fraley also notes that Jameson always thanks her for teaching him at the end of each class. He is a quiet, kind, and humble young man and deserves recognition.

She also shares that he has recently taken an interest in theatre and asked to read to audition for the part of radio announcer in the Christmas musical for which he was cast this week. Congratulations, Jameson!

We are so proud of this little Musketeer!

GREENUP COUNTY SCHOOL OF INNOVATION THANKFULS

Eighth-grade student Maylynn Axline shares that she is thankful for Andrea Daniels. Maylynn shares, "From the beginning, she understood the doubts I have inside my brain, and she's always pushing me to do better. I've gone through plenty of musical directors in previous schools, and I knew from the moment I walked into her classroom last year that none would ever compare. She listens to me complain about extra-curriculars, brightens anyone's day with a simple joke, and doesn't make me feel silly for being unable to do something. She does so much to make sure her students have the resources they need to be successful, and that's something I see so many people take for granted."

We are so thankful for you, Mrs. Daniels!
